Chapter 7

Look to the Stars

Time flies by, and Magali's idol career catapults forward at a breathtaking pace. Bolstered by the money she earned from her show-stopping performance on Prime Time and Conrad's invaluable guidance, Magali's extraordinary talent now takes center stage. The sheer magnetism of her performances captivates audiences, leading to sold-out shows that leave fans clamoring for more. Her dedication to honing her skills only intensifies, as she delves into endless research and rigorous practice to elevate her artistry to greater heights. Not content with resting on her laurels, Magali ventures to diversify her performances, teaming up with her friends Dessie and Lanna, and occasionally joining forces with Conrad, forming a dynamic synergy that leaves audiences spellbound.

The unwavering support of her growing fan base and a steady stream of income dissolve any financial concerns, enabling Magali to fully immerse herself in the world of idols. Her once-ordinary life has transformed into a whirlwind of excitement and responsibilities. Between orchestrating captivating performances, dedicating countless hours to perfecting her dance moves at the Trainee, and engaging with her adoring fans during moments off the stage, Magali's schedule becomes a carefully choreographed symphony of activity. Amidst the busyness, she finds time to savor cherished moments with her friends, fostering deep bonds that provide respite from the demanding world of idols.

Though she couldn't have foreseen the fast-paced intensity of an idol's life, Magali's passion for her craft and the boundless love from her fans make the sacrifices worth it. The roar of the crowd after each performance fuels her spirit, and the joy of spending time with friends post-show amplifies the sense of fulfillment she feels. As the days turn into weeks, Magali discovers that the journey of an idol is as demanding as it is exhilarating, but she embraces the challenges with a determined spirit, knowing that each step forward is a testament to her unwavering dedication and the realization of her dreams.

As Magali gazes back into the past, her mind is consumed with curiosity about her mother's life as a young idol. She envisions the challenges her mother must have encountered long before meeting her father, yet the details remain fragmented, like scattered puzzle pieces waiting to be assembled. Though she has heard small snippets of her mother's idol life, they are but fragments of a larger tale, leaving Magali yearning to uncover the untold chapters of her mother's journey. With each step in her own path as an idol, she hopes to gain a deeper understanding of the emotions and experiences her mother might have encountered many years before her birth. In the embrace of her own adventure, Magali seeks to bridge the temporal gap and draw closer to the essence of her mother's soul, unearthing the wisdom and insights that her mother's past might impart to her own future.

After another invigorating trainee class, Magali and her fellow classmates gather their dance gear and belongings, their laughter and chatter filling the air with an air of camaraderie. Amidst the bustling energy, Leilah's distinct voice calls out to Magali, requesting her presence for a private conversation once again. Magali nods in response, wondering what Leilah has in store for her this time.

As they make their way to Leilah's office, Magali's mind races with anticipation. She recalls the last time they spoke, the serious expression etched on Leilah's face. But this time, as they enter the office, Magali is pleasantly surprised to notice a subtle brightness in Leilah's demeanor. The tension that had previously lingered in the room seems to have dissipated, leaving a more relaxed atmosphere. Eager to know what lies ahead, Magali takes a deep breath, hoping for good news from her mentor.

“How’s everything Magali. I noticed your idol career has been taking off nicely,” says Leilah with a warm smile.

“Everything is great,” answers Magali. “I’ve been busy with a lot of shows. I even have a few coming up this week. My friends have been helpoing me a lot, so I can’t take all the credit. And guess what? I even bought a new outfit; it’s called the Bright Gold Star Overall. It’s a cute cream-colored dress covered in gold-colored stars. I think it would look nice for my performances.”

There is a moment of silence, and as Magali sits across from Leilah, she tries to shake off the slight unease she feels. Despite the positive atmosphere in the room, a nagging thought tugs at her mind, leaving her wondering if there's more to this meeting than meets the eye.

Could it be that Leilah wants to discuss her progress and challenge her to push further in her performances? Or perhaps she has exciting opportunities lined up for Magali, ones that would take her career to even greater heights? As these hopeful possibilities cross her mind, Magali's excitement begins to outweigh her initial apprehension.

Yet, a tiny voice of doubt whispers in the back of her mind, reminding her of the unpredictable nature of the idol world. Could there be a critique or feedback that Leilah wants to share? Magali knows that growth requires constructive criticism, but she can't help but feel a hint of nervousness at the prospect.

“Is everything okay,” Magali asks with a hint of nervousness in her voice.

Leilah remains silent, her expression unreadable, as she reaches into her pocket and retrieves a letter. Without a word, she extends the envelope to Magali, who takes it with a curious look on her face. The envelope's surface is bare, save for the unmistakable emblem of a ram stamped on it, representing Aries from the council. The sight of the emblem sends a shiver down Magali's spine, evoking an ominous feeling that something significant awaits within the sealed enclosure.

"The secretary of the council left that with me today. I was instructed not to read its contents and ensure you receive it," Leilah explains, her voice tinged with intrigue.

"But why would the council send me letters? Why can't they just email me?" Magali questions.

"I don't know the reason behind what they do, but it seems they have something important to discuss with you—something so sensitive that they prefer to avoid any digital footprints. You don’t need to worry about anything, I’m sure everything is fine. But I do have some advice for you," Leilah cautions, leaning closer to Magali. "Do not read that letter in public. And whatever you find inside, never discuss a word of it to anyone other than the council. Do you understand?"

Magali nods, taking in Leilah's words with a slight feeling of apprehension. Despite her attempts to quell her growing unease, the mysterious letter lingers in her thoughts like an insistent shadow, refusing to be dismissed. Though determined to remain composed, Magali finds herself unable to shake the feeling that her life as an idol has taken an unexpected turn, veering into uncharted territory.

As she returns home, the weight of the sealed envelope lingers in her thoughts, a shadow that refuses to dissipate. She ponders if other idols have received similar confidential missives or if it is due to her father's influential status. Do other idols also carry the secrets of the council, bearing their burden while concealing their worries behind smiling facades? The unanswered questions continue to gnaw at Magali, creating an aura of uncertainty as she contemplates the hidden world of idols and the council's clandestine affairs.

Back in her room, Magali finds herself alone with the enigmatic letter. With the unopened envelope resting on her desk, she takes a moment to reflect on the posibilities of the situation. The room feels charged with anticipation, as if it holds the key to unlocking a realm of hidden truths and mysteries. Magali's mind races with countless questions, each one intertwining with the next like an intricate dance of uncertainty. Should she break the seal and confront the secrets concealed within, or would it be wiser to leave it alone and pretend she never got it? The weight of the council's trust upon her shoulders feels tangible, but this is much more pressure than she asked for. As minutes pass like slow-motion heartbeats, Magali grapples with a momentous decision, fully aware that whatever lies beyond the envelope holds the potential to shape her destiny as an idol in ways she could never have imagined.

She opens the letter and reads the contents:

Dear Magali Anna Artisan,

I have something I need to discuss with you. Please meet me at the old cathedral on the north-western part of the city tomorrow evening. Do not tell anyone where are you going, and come alone. I will be waiting for your arrival.

Magali finds it surprising that the letter she finally opens is surprisingly short and direct. Its brevity only intensifies the air of mystery surrounding its purpose. Intrigued and eager to uncover the truth, she consults her map and locates the cathedral on the outskirts of the city, indicated by a small symbol. Her curiosity deepens as she contemplates the presence of such a place of worship in a city renowned for its diversity of people and religions. Strangely, she has never encountered any other religious buildings within the bustling metropolis, nor has she heard of anyone frequenting the cathedral to practice their faith. The incongruity of it all leaves her intrigued yet cautious, as if a hidden realm of untold secrets lies within the sacred walls of the enigmatic structure. As she considers what awaits her at the cathedral, Magali can't help but feel that this encounter may lead her on a path she never anticipated, unveiling aspects of the city's intricate tapestry she had yet to explore.

Later that evening, Magali and Conrad find themselves seated at a cozy table, sharing a meal together. Despite the delightful spread before them, Magali's mind remains preoccupied with the letter she received earlier. As she takes each bite, the weight of its mysteries looms over her thoughts like a persistent dark cloud, casting a shadow on the otherwise enjoyable evening. She glances at Conrad, contemplating whether to confide in him about the council's cryptic message. Yet, an internal struggle holds her back, unsure if she should breach the trust the council placed in her.

Conrad senses her unease, his keen intuition picking up on her inner turmoil. “Is everything okay?” he asks.

Magali snaps out of her trance and quickly responds, "Everything is fine." She recognizes the importance of keeping the contents of the letter and her unease hidden from Conrad, but the need to gather more information tugs at her curiosity. Trying to steer the conversation away from her own concerns, she asks, "Say, Conrad, have you ever received a letter from the council?"

"Of course! The council sends emails all the time, updating us on the changes to the city and how they improve life for idols," Conrad replies, his tone confident and casual.

Magali's nerves get the best of her as she clarifies, "That's not what I meant. I meant like a paper letter. You know, like how our parents used to do a long time ago."

Conrad is taken aback by her question, a hint of surprise in his expression. "No, why would the council need to do that?" he responds, genuinely puzzled by the notion of archaic paper correspondence in the digital age of the city's idol community.

Magali's nervousness deepens, her mind racing with thoughts. Considering how crucial Conrad is to the city's idol scene, she had assumed that he, too, would have been summoned if the council sent out letters. However, his apparent lack of knowledge about such correspondence adds to her unease.

A troubling possibility creeps into her thoughts—what if Conrad had indeed received a letter, but like her, was also instructed to keep it a secret from their peers? The idea of hidden messages and confidential information within their tight-knit community leaves her feeling unsettled and isolated. The more she learns about the letter and its potential implications, the more her uneasiness grows.

She attempts to steady her trembling hands as she asks, "What about the old cathedral? Do you know anything about it?"

"Oh, that old place? I'd stay away from it if I were you," Conrad responds, a hint of caution in his voice.

"Why? Is it haunted or something?"

"I don't know for sure. But the council made it highly illegal to even step foot anywhere near that place," Conrad explains, his tone grave and serious.

Magali's eyes widen with surprise, now even more intrigued by the enigmatic cathedral. The council's strict prohibition on approaching the site only deepens the mystery surrounding it. And now, with the letter's cryptic summons to a place forbidden to all others, the intrigue intensifies further. Magali can't help but deduce that their upcoming meeting must be of utmost confidentiality, necessitating a location where no one else is allowed to set foot.

Yearning to share her apprehensions with Conrad, she wrestles with her fear of potential consequences for crossing the council's boundaries. The weight of holding such a secret weighs heavily on her, but she knows the significance of the trust placed in her by the council. It's a responsibility she cannot take lightly.

In this web of secrecy and anticipation, Magali knows that she must approach the enigmatic meeting with caution, aware that she's stepping into uncharted territory. Her heart races with anxiety, wondering what the forbidden cathedral holds in store for her and what secrets might be unveiled in its sacred confines.

As the hour draws near, Magali readies herself for the mysterious journey that lies ahead. She spends the day in her room, unable to sleep or focus on her usual activities. Instead, she keeps to herself, her lips sealed and her mind consumed by thoughts of the enigmatic letter. As evening falls, she ventures out into the city, feeling nervous and anxious. Determined to uphold the council's confidentiality, she is aware that this clandestine meeting may lead her into uncharted territory, with the potential to change her life.

At an eerily desolate fence that surrounds a park, Magali catches sight of the old cathedral in the distance. Unlike the vibrant and colorful city, the property is shrouded in a murky brown hue, as if time itself had forsaken it long ago. The entire area seems devoid of life, an unsettling contrast to the bustling city nearby. Strangely, there are no warning signs cautioning people to stay away, leaving Magali feeling an unnerving sense of isolation as she steps closer.

The gate creaks open with an unsettling eeriness, inviting her in without resistance. Hesitantly, Magali walks along the path leading to the cathedral, but a chilling sensation prickles at the back of her neck, as though unseen eyes are watching her every move. The silence is deafening, her footsteps on the gravel the only sound in this desolate place. She longs for someone to accompany her, to break the eerie stillness, but the letter's firm instruction to come alone weighs heavily on her mind.

As she nears the imposing gates of the cathedral, Magali can't help but notice the stark contrast between its well-preserved state and the neglected park she had passed through earlier. No vines encroach upon its walls, and the windows remain pristine, free from any sign of decay or damage. The meticulous maintenance suggests that someone regularly tends to the secluded building, but the reasons behind this care remain shrouded in mystery. The city's apparent vigilance over this enigmatic place adds to her sense of disquiet, making her wonder what secrets the cathedral holds and why its existence is veiled in such an air of secrecy.

"Hello, Magali. I've been waiting for you," said a voice, sending a shiver down her spine.

Magali turns her head to find a mysterious woman standing nearby. At first, she doesn't recognize her, but a sense of familiarity lingers in the air. The woman looks like an idol, albeit much older than most, reminiscent of Rose from her challenge. The sight is peculiar, made even more so by the long pipe she's smoking from—an antiquated relic that seems out of place in the modern city. Magali is taken aback; idols are known for taking care of their health, avoiding smoking and drinking altogether.

The woman's red leather outfit, with an exposed midriff and long blonde hair, strikes Magali as odd, especially noticing the purple-stained ends of her hair—a telltale sign of years of hair dye, similar to that of Aries from the council. But what catches Magali's attention most are the woman's slender, grey-blue eyes. Though pretty, they possess an icy and intimidating glare that sends a chill down her spine.

"Is that you, Aries?" Magali asks.

"There's no need for code names right now. I do not come to you as a member of the council; rather, I come as a fellow idol. Please, call me Tellu."

Magali's mind swirls as she absorbs Tellu's identity. Questions and suspicions race through Magali's thoughts, wondering if Tellu's presence is connected to the cathedral’s enigmatic history and her own place as an idol in Sweet Dance City. As she gazes at Tellu's piercing gaze, Magali can't shake the feeling that there's more to this mysterious fellow idol than meets the eye.

“What is this place?” Magali dared to ask.

"Isn't it obvious? It's an old cathedral, built long before the city itself was established," Tellu explains, her voice carrying a tinge of reverence for the ancient structure. "We did use it to hold wedding ceremonies, but now it's a much more important place that we keep off-limits to other idols. The weddings are now being held on an island in Hawaii," she adds with a hint of nostalgia. The cryptic nature of her words leaves Magali curious, eager to uncover the cathedral's hidden significance.

As Tellu opens the creaking door, a faint aroma of incense and time-worn memories fills the air. Magali hesitates for a moment, unsure of what she might find within the cathedral's solemn walls. But her curiosity gets the better of her, and she steps inside, finding herself transported to a world frozen in time. The flickering candlelight casts dancing shadows on the ancient stone walls, adding an eerie yet captivating ambiance to the space.

Tellu leads her through the hallowed halls, the echoes of their footsteps reverberating through the empty space. Magali can't help but notice the reverence in Tellu's movements, as if the cathedral holds a profound significance in her heart. Questions swirl within Magali's mind, but she refrains from voicing them, sensing that the answers lie in the depths of this mysterious place.

After Tellu opens one final door, they find themselves standing in the heart of the Cathedral's main chamber. The air is thick with a sense of solemnity as the majestic stained glass-covered walls envelop Magali in awe. Vivid hues of red, blue, and gold glisten with the flickering light of the candles, casting a mesmerizing kaleidoscope of colors across the sacred space.

As they step further into the chamber, Magali's breath catches in her throat. The pews have been removed, making way for twelve graves arranged in a circular pattern. Each resting place bears a name, a testament to the lives once cherished within the city's history. With trembling steps, Magali approaches the closest grave, and her heart skips a beat as she reads her mother's name elegantly etched onto the stone.

The discovery sends a shiver down Magali's spine. Emotions swirl within her—a mix of sorrow and wonder, as if her mother's presence lingers in this sacred sanctuary. Magali's fingers trace the letters of her mother's name, as if seeking to bridge the gap between the past and the present. Tellu stands silently beside her, allowing Magali the space to absorb the significance of the moment. The candlelight dances on her face, revealing an expression of profound understanding. It's as if Tellu knows the weight of the revelations that have unfolded before Magali, and she offers her silent support in this solemn moment of discovery.

"The Super Idols are laid to rest here. This is why we do not allow idols within these sacred walls," Tellu explains solemnly, her voice carrying a sense of reverence for the hallowed ground they stand upon. She walks up to another grave and taps it with her pipe. "This grave belongs to my grandfather, Cloud, the eleventh Super Idol. Besides Scorpio, all members of the council are descendants of Super Idols."

Magali approaches Tellu cautiously, taking a moment to absorb the weight of the revelation, realizing the significance of the resting place of these legendary figures. The cryptic nature of the council's origins and its ties to the Super Idols only deepens the mystery surrounding the cathedral.

"I appreciate all this, but I have to ask. Why did you bring me here?" Magali's voice quivers with a hint of uncertainty.

Tellu turns to Magali, and although she wears a smile, the icy glint in her eyes sends a shiver down Magali's spine. Slowly, Tellu takes a few measured steps towards Magali, "tell me, do you know what a Super Idol is?"

"I thought Super Idols were just normal idols. Just the best ones picked out of a generation," Magali responds, her uncertainty palpable in her voice.

Tellu's expression remains inscrutable as she walks away, stopping in front of a nearby stained-glass window. As the sun sets, the colors of the glass shimmer, revealing a celestial panorama of stars beginning to twinkle in the darkening sky. Tellu takes a pull from her pipe, the smoke swirling around her, lending an aura of mystique to the moment.

"That's just something we tell idols; keep them working hard so they can someday become Super Idols. But the truth is much more than that," Tellu reveals, her words carrying an air of enigma. She gestures for Magali to come closer. "Come here and look to the stars."

Curiosity mingled with trepidation, Magali steps forward, standing beside Tellu to gaze through the stained glass. The ethereal night sky beckons, and Magali feels an inexplicable connection to the celestial display. The stars seem to whisper secrets only the cathedral walls have heard, and the mysteries surrounding the Super Idols come alive with each twinkling light.

"What do you see, Magali?" Tellu's voice is soft, almost conspiratorial, as if inviting Magali to unlock the secrets of the universe itself.

Magali looks up at the stars, the twinkle in her eyes reflecting both curiosity and confusion. "I don't see anything. Just stars in the night sky," she admits, a hint of disappointment in her voice.

"I'm sure that you already noticed that the council is obsessed with the stars, more accurately, the twelve zodiac signs," Tellu continues, her gaze fixed on the celestial display above. "You see, us council members do not believe in any common religions such as Christianity, Buddhism, or Taoism. Instead, we believe in an ancient race of people who were worshiped by our ancient ancestors. Thwey then built pyramids all around the world in their honor. We called these gods, The Star People."

As Tellu speaks, the atmosphere in the cathedral becomes charged with an otherworldly energy. The stars seem to glow with newfound significance, as if each constellation holds the key to a deeper truth about the universe and its mysteries. Magali can't help but feel that she has stumbled upon a world she never knew existed—a realm where the past and the present intertwine with ancient beliefs and celestial wonders.

“You see Magali, we believe that these twelve people came from the heavens. Each of them were a representative of the zodiac constellations. Each of them bringing us gifts of holy knowledge. But that’s not all, they also left twelve people on earth their genes. Twelve bloodlines that have a remarkable ability to tap into the great sacred knowledge from the stars. Super Idols are known to be incredibly intelligent, allowing us humans to push forward in our evolution to become Star People ourselves.”

"What does this all mean?" asked Magali, her mind still trying to grasp the weight of Tellu's revelation.

"The council established Sweet Dance City to find the twelve sacred bloodlines, each representing a sign of the zodiac. We were missing only one, until your father arrived in the city," Tellu explained, her voice tinged with a mix of awe and nostalgia. "I must have been about fifteen at the time when your father, Julian, arrived in the city. My father was one of the judges who discovered him so many years ago. From the moment he got on that stage, he danced and showed us his Super Idol abilities."

"What kind of abilities do Super Idols have?" asked Magali, her curiosity piqued.

"It's hard to explain, but I will do my best. When someone activates this ability, their body puts the viewers into a trance, while the idol’s soul gets transported into the heavens," Tellu began, her eyes glimmering with the memories of witnessing Julian's performances. "The idol who have this ability tell a story about being taken into the stars where they can see and access great knowledge. It's a divine connection with the cosmos.

"Tell me, Magali, what does your father do for a living?" Tellu inquired.

"He's a computer engineer," Magali answered.

"I'm sure he never told you that he knew nothing about computers before he arrived in Sweet Dance City. In fact, his family was too poor to even afford higher education. But using his ability, he was able to learn advanced technology without setting foot in a classroom. He even discovered things no one else even knew at the time. Now he is a wealthy man, selling his knowledge to businesses around the world," Tellu revealed, the implications sinking in for Magali.

As Magali processed this newfound information, she couldn't believe that she never noticed any of this before. Her father's journey from a struggling young man to a successful computer engineer with no education was nothing short of miraculous. It seemed that the power of the Super Idol abilities extended far beyond the stage and into the realm of everyday life, unlocking hidden potential and knowledge that defied ordinary comprehension.

In that moment, Magali began to understand that her father's involvement in Sweet Dance City was not merely a chance encounter. It was a destiny set in motion by the council to complete the sacred bloodlines and uncover the untapped potential within each Super Idol. And now, as she stands in the ancient cathedral, surrounded by the echoes of the past and the enigmatic revelations of Tellu, Magali starts to get the feeling that she might be destined for something far greater than she ever imagined. Yet, there is still pieces of the puzzle still missing.”

"What does this all mean?" asked Magali.

Tellu takes another pull from her pipe, exhaling a swirling wisp of smoke before responding, her words carrying an air of both reverence and weight. "The council once held a belief in a prophecy. When the twelve bloodlines of the Star People come together, they will use their vast knowledge to create a utopia for the human race, and deliver us to join the Star People in traveling the universe to seek out more intelligent life. That is the reason Sweet Dance City exists in the first place. And for generations, we have been searching for those who possess these abilities, finding many scattered across the globe. But there was one simple problem."

"What's that?" Magali inquired, her attention fully captured by the gravity of Tellu's revelation.

Tellu turned to Magali, her eyes steady and focused. "How many graves do you see?"

"There are twelve," Magali answered, her gaze sweeping over the dozen graves within the chamber.

"And how many Super Idols have we found?" Tellu's gaze bore into Magali's, demanding her to realize the unsettling truth.

Magali's eyes widened as the realization dawned upon her. Twelve graves, twelve constellations in the sky, but there were thirteen Super Idols, her father among them.

As Tellu approached the grave of Magali's mother, she continued her story, painting a vivid picture of the woman Magali had always longed to know more about. "Katrina is the anomaly among the group. When she arrived in our city, she had no dancing talent to speak of. Born an orphan, raised in a church in Spain, she was destined to be a nun. However, her voice, like an angel's, set her apart. But becoming a nun was not her dream. She arrived here with hopes of becoming an idol, driven by a dream that defied her origins. She nearly failed the entrance exam, but her striking beauty earned her a place nonetheless. People came to watch her on stage, captivated by her radiant presence. Her golden hair was nothing less than stunning. Her sapphire eyes, now inherited by you, shone like jewels in the spotlight, capturing the hearts of those who watched her so many years ago."

"Does that mean she wasn't a Super Idol?" Magali asked, her mind racing to piece together the puzzle.

"She wasn't, not until she crossed paths with your father. Their love triggered something miraculous within her; she began to exhibit Super Idol abilities, unlocking dance moves and talents that seemed to manifest out of thin air. Her idol career soared, surpassing even your father's. For the first time, we witnessed more than one individual showcasing Super Idol abilities."

Tellu walked toward the center of the chamber, gazing out of a nearby window at the stars that adorned the night sky. "This posed a dilemma. Our religious beliefs were shaken, and the essence of what a Super Idol truly is became shrouded in uncertainty. So, we delved into research and formulated a theory. Perhaps there are indeed only twelve Super Idols, as our beliefs suggested. But these individuals could act as conduits, unlocking the potential within other special groups. We have yet to fathom how some people acquire this genetic potential, but our theory suggests that it can be awakened through the bonds between kindred spirits."

"You mean lovers?" Magali ventured, her curiosity deepening.

"More than that. It could be between close friends, siblings, or, in your case, the bond between mother and daughter," Tellu explained, her words weaving a tapestry of understanding.

Magali's heart skipped a beat as the pieces clicked into place, a realization dawning upon her. Tellu's intentions were becoming clear. Perhaps if Magali stood at her mother's resting place, the connection between them might awaken Magali's own dormant Super Idol abilities. The implications were both exciting and daunting. Could she truly possess such abilities, and if so, what could they unlock? And the question loomed ever larger: how did the council know about her potential, when she herself remained unaware?

As their conversation drew to a close, Tellu began to stride away from Magali, her movements carrying an air of finality. "The council has granted you permission to visit your mother's resting place whenever you wish. Who knows, perhaps you, too, could unlock your Super Idol potential."

However, just as Tellu seemed on the verge of departing, she suddenly halted, pivoting around with a sense of dramatic gravitas. Her eyes locked onto Magali's, her words laced with intrigue and an uncanny intensity. "Oh, and by the way... I will be keeping a watchful eye on you."

Magali stood there, her heart racing as Tellu's enigmatic words hung in the air. The cryptic promise felt like an unspoken challenge, an invisible thread connecting her to a world she had only begun to grasp. As Tellu turned and walked away, her figure gradually receding into the shadows of the cathedral, Magali remained rooted to the spot, a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions churning within her.

Standing before her mother's grave, Magali takes a moment to reflect. The woman who had danced into her father's heart and defied expectations had left an indelible mark on her. It was a reminder of the complexities of her own existence, the blend of ordinary and extraordinary that had brought her to this pivotal juncture. Her thoughts turned to the idea of Super Idols, to the untapped potential that might lie within her.

As the stars outside began to shimmer in the night sky, Magali whispered her gratitude to the memory of her mother. She found solace in the idea that she was not alone, that there were forces at play beyond her understanding. With renewed determination, she resolved to uncover the truth about Super Idols and her place in their enigmatic lineage.

Leaving the cathedral, Magali felt excitement for the path that lay ahead. Once she returned to the city, their colorful lights welcomed her back, casting their vibrant glow on her uncertain journey. She knew that the secrets she had unearthed marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life as an idol – one that held both challenges and possibilities beyond her wildest imagination.
