Author’s Notes for Sweet Dance: We Are One

This fanfiction is a little different than the typical Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons/Rune Factory Fanfiction. This story is based on the mobile game Sweet Dance, and this is a co-op effort between four players including myself. In this game, we shared stories and role played many scenes making our own little play. Many of the stories we shared are both joyful and heartbreaking. This fanfiction is based on the many stories we played out within the game. I have received full permission to write this story and share with the world. None of the content in this fanfiction is directly based on true events, but inspired by the stories that we’ve shared. Any names used are made up by the players, or generated by the game’s name generator.

Sweet Dance: We Are One is a story about four friends who share an unbreakable bond. In the fictional city of Sweet Dance City, idols perform or compete to someday earn the prestigious title of Super Idol. Each character will face many challenges and experience the joy of life or pain of loss. Each player has also played the roles of many minor characters, which will come and go as the story moves along. I played the role of Julian Artisan, the father of the main character. I hope everyone enjoys the emotional roller coaster ride, and choose to heal each other in their time of need.
